Chris Hamp becomes Captain.

Chris is another product of the Youth Section, urged on by his father, Brian, who played over 100 games for the 1st XV in the 80s.

Having been leading try scorer for the Colts in 2006/07, Chris made his debut for the 1st XV in a league match against Petersfield on 15th September 2007 and scored the two tries in the 17 - 5 victory. He went on to score 12 more tries that season to become leading try scorer. He again appeared at the top of the try scoring list in the following season with a total of 29 tries. Last season he only managed 4th place but that was only because of a "holiday" in Worthing so we wish him well this coming season..
