Colts end on a high

Not having enjoyed the best of seasons, the Colts have ended on a high.

In the last game of the season they played Portsmouth in the bottom of the table clash. Despite having a bare squad of 15 against a full squad of 26, Trojans sneaked a 10 - 8 victory to lift themselves off the bottom of the table.

Trojans then went on too play in the Lychett Minster 7s again this year.

After last years win in the cup, it was this year's colts turn to step up and carry on the winning ways.

However, it started in a losing way with 3 losses out of 3 and into the plate competition.

A 60 - 0 win over Oakmedian Bs was a good start to the knock out, and into the next round.

No bye for the lads, that was kept for Lychett and Bournemouth, so  52 - 0 win over Oakmedian A in the semi, made for a good chance in the final.

A final again with a 35 - 0 win over Lychett Minster showed exactly what the lads wanted and it was almost 150 points unanswered to win the plate.
