New Players Welcome

Trojans Rugby is recognised by the RFU as one of the leaders in Girls’ Rugby development. There is currently an U13 team for girls in school Years 7 & 8, an U15 team for girls in school Years 9 &10, and an U18 team for Years 11, 12 &13.

Trojans Girls Head Coach is Mark Newman, who is an RFU Level 2 coach. Our girls vary in experience from Divisional players to complete beginners. Everyone is welcome and we aim to be inclusive and for all our girls to develop their individual skills, whether just for fun or as potential England players! Our experienced coaches who are committed to bringing this fantastic sport to girls so they develop their skill and natural talent in the game.

Girl’s rugby training will be run from 5th September 2016 at 18.30 on Mondays. Trojans Girls rugby is part of the existing youth structure and all coaches/team volunteers are DBS checked.

The Trojans Ladies section is the strongest in the South of England with a first team playing in the Championship 1 South League (National level 2) so there is plenty of opportunity for girls to progress to senior league rugby.

All new players welcome. Contact a member of staff below or feel free to turn up at a training session.
